Our carefully selected books and resources are supplied by publishers and brands from across the world.

 

Pre-orders are currently placed once every 1-2 months and fulfilled by either air or sea freight back to the UK. Some shipments can take up to 6 weeks to arrive, but where possible we work towards a 3-4 week turnaround.

Freight timescales may be subject to change at short notice whilst the world is tackling Covid19. We appreciate your patience.

Pre-sale offers an economical way of importing from our overseas partners. We are able to reduce international shipping costs by placing bulk orders and can pass on better savings to customers.

Please place your order and proceed to check-out before the above deadline date. 
Availability is subject to books being in stock at the time of finalising your order with our publishers and suppliers.
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your books are ready for dispatch to your UK address.

PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

CAN I PLACE MULTIPLE ORDERS?

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER/REQUEST A REFUND?

Yes, as long as all orders are received before the pre-order deadline. If you have been charged for shipping but your overall total exceeds £75.00, we will refund the shipping cost to you.

Any orders placed after the pre-order deadline will be added to the next available pre-order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ONCE THE GOODS ARE RECEIVED?

Once your order is confirmed after check-out, we accept this transaction as final and we will hold your items with the supplier/publisher.

If in exceptional circumstances you no longer want your order, you may notify us within 5 days of placing your order and we will offer a refund less any payment transaction fees charged to process the refund (which is set by our payment processing merchant). We make no profit from this.

WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE GOODS RECEIVED?

All pre-order items once received are final and non-refundable. Orders are placed directly with the supplier/publisher overseas and it is very costly to return and/or exchange items.

It is important that you are comfortable with ordering books in this way and agree with the terms of sale set out before you place your order. Should you have any questions about the products being ordered, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If in the unlikely situation your books and/or products are faulty or damaged, please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving them.

Please send photographs to support the claim and we will investigate the matter as quickly as possible to find a suitable replacement.

If we are unable to fulfil a replacement/exchange then a refund will be offered, excluding any shipping fees.
