RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Books not pre-ordered can be returned to us within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. A full refund excluding postage will be issued for books returned in the same brand new and unused condition. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
Books that are pre-order items are final and non-refundable. We place orders directly with the supplier/publisher overseas and it is a costly process to return and/or exchange items.
It is important that you are comfortable with the pre-order process before you commit to an order, and agree with the terms of sale set out. Should you have any questions about the products being ordered, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Any books that are received faulty or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your goods and kindly attach supporting photographs so that the matter can be investigated as quickly as possible.
We take great pride in the quality of the books we source and supply. If on the rare occasion this falls below expectation, we will do our very best to rectify this.
As a general rule, any products we sell that are not books will have a limited warranty. The limited warranty will cover defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of you receive the product. During the warranty period, Lantern Books will replace or repair, at our discretion, any defective product(s) returned to us, or to the original dealer/supplier, with the cost of shipping to be covered by the customer.
The warranty does not cover problems that result from abuse, accident, misuse or problems with electrical power/batteries. It does not cover uses not in accordance with the instruction manual. It does not cover commercial use of the product.
